A beautiful contemporary studio of 35m ² with one mezzanine allowing to have a room except for with its double bed. A bright stay with a very beautiful open-plan kitchen and a sofa bed. The open set directly on a big terrace of 8m ² allowing to take advantage of the sea air as well as the small sea view. We find a bathroom with its shower and sound inclusive TOILETS. Finally you benefit from a direct access to the beach by a small gate. Equipments: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, television set, refrigerator, freezer, electric blind, vacuum cleaner, oven, barkeeper(coffeepot), kettle, airer... Bedding: 1 double bed in 140; 1 sofa bed in 140. We accept holiday vouchers but not animals in this apartment. The linen, the towels and the housework at the end of stay are not included.
