Our accommodation is outside of the town centre, which is within easy access by bike, a short walk or by car. The three holiday apartments are on the ground floor and each have a private terrace, in addition to the shared grill terrace in the well-tended garden. Owing to the layout, each apartment has a bedroom, a shower room with a WC, and a living, dining and cooking room including a pull-out sofa bed for a third and fourth guest. The furnishing in all the units is comparable and all the apartments were last renovated in 2015, while the living space varies from 52m² (no. 1199455), to 42m² (1199498) to 36m² (1199558). Free wireless Internet access and air conditioning are included in all apartments. Apart from private terraces which can be accessed directly from each apartment, the Mediterranean garden has a comfortably furnished garden terrace. Climbing plants provide natural shade, while a rustic wooden seating group with three benches and a dining table invites you to dine outdoors. A fireplace grill is also available. Each apartment has its own parking space on site. The historical town centre is a 15-minute walk away, or a short drive (ca. 1.5km), with shops, a leisure port, many boutiques, cafés and restaurants. There are supermarkets and discount shops 700 to 800 metres from the accommodation. The historical town has many buildings evoking past times. The Euphrasius Basilica is worth a visit, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site. Water sports and a golf course are available within one to three kilometres. The nearest restaurant is only 200 metres away. 36m² holiday apartment This holiday apartment provides 36m² of living space and is on the ground floor. The living room has two large armchair beds (each 90 x 200cm), suitable for sitting after a day trip, as well as beds for third and fourth guest (150 x 200cm). Satellite TV provides entertainment in the evenings. The open kitchen next to it enables convenient self-catering with a cooking niche equipped with a two-ring hob, a toaster, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a WC.
