Stylish and spacious detached home & garden for 12

Welcome to Margate House! This is our family home which can comfortably sleep 12 people! Minutes from the beach and in heart Cliftonville, with loads of independent shops, restaurants, bars and venues. It's a comfortable and lived-in home - more boho-chic than immaculate show home - but filled with squidgy sofas, comfortable beds, art and interesting living spaces. Pretty much stripped back to original floor boards throughout, with lots of interesting period details, and modern touches. Let's take a wander through it! DOWNSTAIRS... Entrance hall with original tiled floor Dining Room with translucent skull and cross bones wallpaper, dining table (with another extending table for larger groups), cutlery, crockery, glasses! Also contains books - lots and lots of books of all types Living room - with 4 comfy sofas, wood burner, huge 55" ULTRAHDTV with Soundbar and AMBILIGHT backlighting, projector and electronic projector screen (we like to put the sofas in lines facing the screen, make popcorn and have a comfy movie sessions with friends). Wood burning stove for cosy nights, and double doors that lead on to the garden for balmy days. "Drawing Room" - our games room for kids (and grown up kids!) to have fun! Playstation 4 with access to over 700 games, massive 50" tv, dart board, cards, poker chips, squidgy bean bags for gaming or lounging. Downstairs toilet and sink. Kitchen - large 5 hob, 2 oven range. Large fridge freezer. Delonghi espresso machine, juicers, smoothie makers, ice lolly makers, loads of other kitchen gadgets to make your stay perfect. Microwave, full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Doors leading out to the garden... GARDEN... Very green with loads of lovely plants and herbs (the lady of the house is a herbalist among other things). Patio area with a large outside table. At the end of the garden we have two wooden cabins. One is an office space and will be locked and unavailable. The other is a heated, insulated summer house, with two futons available, if you fancy 'glamping out' under the stars. Large hammock. FIRST FLOOR... Large bedroom with double bed and one single overlooking the garden (sleeps up to 3). Large bedroom with two double beds, french doors out to the balcony (sleeps up to 4). Single bedroom overlooking the garden (1) Bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. Separate toilet room. SECOND FLOOR "Blue Room" with a double bed (sleeps 2). "Pink Room" with double bed (sleeps 2). Bathroom with bath, toilet and separate shower. And, if you look really careful, a glimpse of the sea! Onsite parking for up to 4 cars (if your all friendly with each other!) Free on street parking and a paid for car-park at the top of the road.
