Apartment ideally located for a professional or personal stay. It has been redecorated by a renowned architect to bring you all the necessary comfort. It has a large bright living room. You will enjoy the calm of the apartment with air conditioning. This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed for two people. You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Sheets and towels are fully provided. Air conditioning, unlimited Internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. You will only be given one set of keys for your stay. You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys. I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time. Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required: - 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€ - 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 € No check in after 11 pm will be done. When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival. Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline. Located in the town of Villeurbanne, at the foot of the Charpennes metro station (lines A and B), you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quays of Soane and direct access to Vieux-Lyon. By staying here, you will be able to travel almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, Les Traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams. 10 minutes from Part Dieu station with metro B, two minutes on foot from Charpennes metro station (lines A and B) direct to Part Dieu. Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 1h30 by shuttle (from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu). Paid spaces are located right next to the building depending on availability.
