More information The space Katoikia Andrea is a brand new house, built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture and with respect to the surrounding nature. It's located in a natural area on the southwest of Paros, just 50m away from the natural cove and the beautiful beach of Agia Irini. The house can host up to 4 guests, families, friends or 2 couples. The house has 2 bedrooms: one double, en-suite bedroom (shower bathroom) and a second bedroom with twin beds which can also become one double bed upon request. There is also a second, communal bathroom with shower cabin. The house has hot water 24/7. The living room is fitted with comfortable built-in sofas, while the kitchen features a full size oven/stove , refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso/filter coffee machine, toaster -as well as all necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware. There is also a dining table for 4. The exterior space has big verandas with outdoor dining and lounge areas and sun loungers. Enjoy your breakfast with view to the Aegean Sea or your dinner while gazing at the sunset. The area is quiet, yet very close (less than 10-min drive) to Parikia, the capital of Paros, to the beach and port of Pounda where you can find kitesurf centers and also boats that take you across to Antiparos island.
