Town house with pool and garden - Casa Can Fiol

In the south-east of the island, not far from the sea, in the small harbour town of Portocolom lies the Casa Can Fiol with a capacity for 8 people. The town house delights you with an outdoor area full of Mediterranean plants, which promises a relaxing holiday. This elegant holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot, a highchair and fitness equipment to ensure a multifaceted holiday. In the picturesque outdoor area you will find a covered terrace with garden furniture, a covered barbecue area, a pool and a hammock that invites you to relax and unwind between palm trees. A table tennis table is also available. In this small oasis with many places to sit and relax in the shade or sun you can spend a wonderful time-out in the immediate vicinity of numerous amenities: The town centre with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is only a 5-minutes' walk away and the nearest beach, Cala Marçal, is only 1.7 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Strictly no events or parties! In the summer period (from May to October), the electricity fee is €15 per day. In the winter period (from November to April), the electricity fee is paid according to kW/h consumption. This fee is always paid directly to the hosts. Info about the deposit: The deposit is 250 € per stay in the summer and 1000 € in the winter months. This fee is also collected directly from the hosts. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. It is not allowed to hold events (parties, birthdays, bachelor parties).
