Beautiful country house in eastern Mallorca

Beautiful country house of Mallorcan rustic style located in a farm with clear views and surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and carob trees. It has a pool with two differentiated zones of different depths, the shallow one is ideal for children. There is a perfect porch to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors, the porch has a small fridge for storing drinks and is equipped with a mobile wood barbecue. The house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, a bathroom with a double shower, a spacious living room with television and a full kitchen with appliances. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, all of them double, one of them has ensuite bathroom, there is a bathroom with jacuzzi and whirlpool plus shower. The house has heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Guests can also enjoy a large terrace with spectacular views of the Mallorcan countryside, ideal for sunbathing, reading, breakfast, resting at sunset ... In the surroundings you can go hiking because the farm is located very close to the Greenway, an old railway line that runs between different locations, recently enabled as an ideal pedestrian route to travel by bicycle or on foot. The beaches of the Llevant Mallorquín area are about 15 minutes away by car.
