A good option for a group, and a good location to use for a base for day trips to explore the dunes, the town, and the surrounding areas. There is a good lock-up room for bikes or boogie boards. The house has several living areas - a sitting area, and also a TV/games room. Both living areas have a TV. The property is all on one level with good accessibility, and has a good outdoor living space/BBQ area. The kitchen has a central dining table, and plenty of workspace. In the midst of a kiwifruit orchard this property is private and set back from the road, therefore a quiet and secluded place for a holiday. ***Linen bundles- per bed (2 x sheets, 1 x pillowcase, 1 x towel) are included in the cleaning fee.*** The guests can access all of the property. 1 x Sofa bed and 4 x Roll out beds are available to hire.
