Upstairs you will find a spacious open plan living area, superbly appointed gallery kitchen with ample bench space, stainless steel appliances complete with a coffee machine. A 12 person dining table perfect for those family gatherings and a comfortably lounge close by. There are floating floorboards throughout the open plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover BBQ area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining. The master bedroom is also located upstairs, featuring a large ensuite, walk in robe and direct access to the decked balcony. Downstairs is a perfect spot for the children or teenagers to hang out in the large 2nd living area complete with flat screen TV, DVD player and a small kitchenette. You will also find the main bathroom and three other bedrooms downstairs which are made up of 2 queen size beds, 1 set of double bunks and 1 set of single bunks. This property also offers the convenience of having a bathroom located on both levels of the home and 3rd WC.
