The FarmHouse - Sleeps 9+ infants It comes with an AGA for sumptuous roasts, a wood burner and open fire in its two sitting rooms with french doors onto a private garden with swings and toys. There is a utility room with all mod cons as well as an open plan dinning room off the kitchen. While upstairs you have 4 bedrooms (one is en-suite including a shower) and there is also a family bathroom including bath shower. Two of the bedrooms have 2 singles in each and two bedrooms have doubles (one is kingsize). There is also an optional single bedroom downstairs near the kitchen which works well for elderly relatives or a teenager wanting some space. The DairyHall - Sleeps 9+ infants (optional sofa bed ) This comes with a stunning Vaulted barn space with wood burner and table seating across oak tables, fantastic for entertaining where some families get together and book all our houses to entertain in. Or some friends and families just like the space this provides. There is a separate t.v. room which doubles up as an occasional sofa bedroom (fees on our web site) near the front of the house and comes with a private garden with swings and toys. The Granary - Sleeps 4+ infants Comes as open living space with separate downstairs WC and dining table. While upstairs there are 2 beautiful bedrooms overlooking our pond with its wildlife. One bedroom has two singles the other has a kingsize with balcony. In-between these rooms is a family bathroom with shower bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also an enclosed decking area to the front with outside dinning including BBQ and sandpit. We have a six person barrel sauna for use when requested, its takes an hour or so to warm up. The farmhouse hot tub is charged at £30 per day and needs to be requested before your arrival. We have dog fees for extra deep cleaning at £6 per dog per day, please request before arrival. Both the Dairy and Farmhouse have a spare single bed to make a sleeps 9, these must be requested before arrival. Each house comes with a standard size BBQ.
