Perfect for families on vacation or large groups looking for a relaxing stay. This home is equipped with everything you need and is certain to impress. The Space: This modern 4 bedroom home is 6 minutes to the Centre of Bendigo and the Bendigo Art Gallery. Our home is perfect for short-and-long-term stays, with linen provided, sleeping up to 8 adults. All bedrooms contain hotel quality linen, bedside tables and wardrobes. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed / sizeable walk-in wardrobe, large en-suite/large television Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed/wardrobe Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed/wardrobe Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed/wardrobe Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower and vanity. A large bathtub is located in the bathroom upstairs. We supply towels and consumables. Each bedroom is set up with a split system air-conditioning, so rooms are comfortable through any season of the year. A fully equipped spacious kitchen overlooking the pool area and spacious lounge room includes a gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, large refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker dishwasher and plenty of utensils for self-catered meals. You must supply your own Nespresso Pods. The kitchen and dining area open-plan, with a dining table allowing 8 guests to enjoy feasts together. Featuring a gas lit stove top and a high quality electric oven. The comfort of the downstairs ducted heating/cooling ensures dinner is best served feeling comfortable. Parking - Private parking on the long driveway, a double garage with an electric door & free street parking. The cosy lounge has been modernised and furnished with a TV and comfortable lounge and round coffee table so you can put your feet up and relax with the gas log fireplace. Large sliding doors in the living area allows for open space living during the warm summer days. There are 3 seating areas, one being an entertainment room located next to the main living area and a quiet reading room next to the staircase. The large outdoor pool and entertainment area is equipped with an outdoor tv are perfect for relaxing. Look no further than this top end poolside home! Weekly and monthly discounts available. Guest Access: You have private access with using a lockbox and key. Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing. *Monthly and Weekly discounts will be applied for relevant reservations. Deck chairs must be stored inside after use. Please note that guests must supply their own pool towels. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for eg. 1-2 guests - 1 room. 1 queen size bed 3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1 queen size bed 5-6 guests - 3 rooms - 1 queen size bed 7-8 guests - 4 rooms - 1 queen size bed The Neighborhood: Just minutes from the All Season Hotel, Coffee Co, The Boardwalk Bendigo and Percy and Percy. Getting Around: Bus stop via Solomon St\Lloyd St Other Things to Note: - Pricing starts at 2 guests. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1) All Guests must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from Cosmo during their stay. 2) Guests must notify the Cosmo of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as reasonably practicable. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 1) Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighbourhood. 2) Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties – especially during night-time hours (e.g. 11pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure. 3) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Accommodation agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit. VISITORS 1) Guests are prohibited to have visitors during their stay. 2) Any additional Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. $50 per guest per night. FUNCTIONS 1) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at your accommodation. 2) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighbourhood and Visitor numbers. SMOKING 1) Smoking is not permitted inside the house at any time. 2) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. PETS 1) Pets are permitted at the subject to extra charges. 2) Specific rules regarding Pets at the this home are as follows: - Guests must notify hosts of any Pets prior to their booking - All Pets must remain outside at all times - Any damage caused by the Pets to the accomodation will result in a deduction from the security deposit or extra fees incurred. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES 1) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the host as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; 2) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. 3) No bathroom towels or other contents are to be removed from the property. POOL RULES 1) Legal guardians and all guests are responsible for the safety of themselves. 2) Please do not leave any children unattended. 3) Please do not take home any of the beach towels. Our cleaners will notify of any missing and you will be charged. 4) No running in the pool area. Inform us prior to your reservation if wishing to host a private event. Extra fees and current restrictions apply* Interaction with Guests: We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure a contactless check-in.
