Luxury Villa on Chianti Wine Estate

The villa from the 14th Century is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves within walking distance of the village of Panzano. Quiet central location with private garden and swimming pool. Great for family vacation all year round. The villa is divided into different levels. With a separate entrance there is a large suite with a double bed, bathroom (shower, toilet) and living room. From the main entrance of the villa you come into a cozy hall with a fireplace, desk and sofa. Three small steps down to the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. To the right of the hall is the dining room with a large table where up to 14 people can sit. From the dining room there is a large family bathroom with shower and sauna as well as another double room. To the left of the hall it goes up to the upper floor. First comes a bedroom with two single beds on two levels, for this room the family bathroom on the lower floor would be the closest. It continues to the large living room with an adjoining library. There is a TV, several sofas, a desk, many games for young and old, and books in several languages. From the living room it goes over a few more stairs into a corridor that leads first to a double room and further to a second large family bathroom with bath and shower. The last few steps lead up to the large bedroom with separate dressing room / anteroom. This bedroom is the only room in the house with air conditioning. Outside: large garden with pool, grill (gas and charcoal) and various dining tables in the garden, by the pool and by the house. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and extra large fridge.
