The Space: The apartment boasts spacious and sunny open plan living throughout, with ceiling to floor windows you can enjoy remarkable uninterrupted views from the comfort of the couch or while you're cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen has been recently renovated and equipped with everything you would have at home to try new recipes or whip up old favourite's. Watch the sun go down as you gaze out at the marina over a home cooked meal from the dining area or relax out on the balcony with a glass of NZ wine. There is a small office room as you enter the apartment great for WFH benefits, there is a spare single bed in here as well which is available for your use. The Neighborhood: The Viaduct basin is a premium location for any trip to Auckland with more than just breathtaking views to offer. You will be spoilt for choice with fantastic dining, boutique shopping, beautiful scenic walks, blissful spas, exhilarating water activities to name a few! The marina is within walking distance to other vibrant areas within the CBD, you have Britomart on your right boasting the brand new Commercial bay shopping precinct and takutai square both with bountiful renowned boutique shopping, dining, and beauty on offer. Wynyard quarter is on your left, walk right around the marina for a beautiful water view as you reach yet more fantastic dining options all looking out over the harbour. You still have the rest of the CBD to explore behind you, make your way up the city to the sky tower, across to the art gallery or albert park for some culture and relaxing beneath the trees. Escape the city on the ferry to magical Waiheke island a not so secret but incredible escape to stunning golden sand beaches and multiple award wining vineyards its an absolute must when visiting the CBD. Getting Around: The best way to see the city is by foot with everything within easy walking distance immerse yourself in the culture of Auckland! There are many accessible public transport options for near or far travel all around you as well, Britomart is about a 7 minute walk from the apartment which is the transport hub of the city! It has a train station and all of the buses coming to and leaving the city so your options are endless! You also have the ferry terminal on the other end of the basin to take you on an island escape! We highly recommend taking the ferry to Waiheke for a magnificent day trip to enjoy soft sand and divine wines, you will not regret it!!
