The "Holiday" facility is located directly on Brema Beach in Sirmione, which offers the perfect setting for your holiday on Lake Garda with pedal boat rental, a small surf school and a beach bar. A beautiful pool with a view of the lake, sun loungers and parasols is also available free of charge! The apartment has a total of 140m² and has Wifi, Sat TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own balcony, 2 of which have a view of the lake. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-quality beds and enough cupboard space for all guests. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub and a washing machine. Another room is equipped with a sofa bed, which can accommodate max. 2 children is well suited. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 7 adults or 6 adults + 2 children. The center of Colombare di Sirmione is within walking distance, there is also a supermarket. The historic old town of Sirmione can either be reached on foot (40 minutes) or by shuttle bus. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes in the summer season. Departure from the port of Porto 2, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Sirmione is undoubtedly the pearl of Lake Garda.
