This modern chalet with saunas and outdoor whirlpool is located in Rakitna, only 30 km from Ljubljana. The house consists of a modern state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with a large comfortable leather sofa and plasma, a wellness bathroom with a Finnish and herbal sauna and three bedrooms. The house is also equipped with a small, thoughtful fitness center. Two large wooden terraces offer plenty of enjoyment, allowing you to relax and prepare and serve food in the summer kitchen with a multi-purpose grill. The house also has a refrigerated wine cabinet with more than 30 bottles of premium wines. WIFI is available in the house and on the terraces and is open for use. The house has two heating systems, namely Canadian radiant heating and a predominantly used Finnish stone radiant fireplace. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks and hiking tours in the forests, picking mushrooms and forest fruits, swimming and fishing in the 400 m distant lake in summer (there are ten species of fish in the lake - a daily ticket can be bought nearby for 12, oo eur), plenty of cycling opportunities , renting horses from the surrounding farmers, and in winter cross-country skiing and ice skating on the lake. The house also has an e-charger for electric cars. Tourist Tax to be paid at arrival 2.50 Euro per person/ per day.
