Villa Almendra Boi (formerly known as Villa Boi) is a Majorcan country house with modern touches and with good views over the surrounding landscape and the mountain peaks that peek through the trees. This 2-bedroom home is just a few minutes' drive from Pollensa's old town, while the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and neighboring Alcudia are also within walking distance. The house has a beautiful garden area next to its pool, being an ideal place to rest and disconnect. It also has air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms, as well as free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.The property is accessed through a private road, behind which there is a parking area for your vehicle. The main entrance is at the front of the house. Inside, a combined lounge and dining area provides ample seating, while the wood-beamed ceiling gives the villa a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining room gives direct access to the covered terrace, overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a small breakfast bar with stools, perfect for your morning coffee. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room. The villa has 2 bedrooms, a double room and a twin room, which share a bathroom.All rooms are air-conditioned / heated, which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, is scheduled for use from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and from 10pm to 9am. The garden and the pool area are delimited by a row of cypress trees that provide privacy, and next to which there are orange and lemon trees.
