Beautiful stone holiday house with panoramic view located 11 km from Todi. The property is surrounded by greenery and the surrounding land slopes down into terraces to an area below. Not far away there is an area equipped with outdoor games for children and teenagers. The whole property is completely fenced. The interiors are carefully furnished and a comfortable veranda overlooking the landscape allows you to eat outside in total relaxation. The farmhouse is spread over three levels: basement, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there are three living rooms, two of which with external access and a kitchenette. On the first floor bedroom 1,2 and 3 as well as three bathrooms. The basement floor is accessible from both outside and inside and offers two living rooms equipped with games for children and a hobby room with a large track of professional racing cars, bedroom 4 (French bed) and one bathroom. In the outdoor area there are badminton net, ping-pong table, small grass soccer field. We are near Todi, a beautiful medieval town full of museums and activities. The beauty of the neighbouring territory is an added value for guests who choose this destination for their holidays, in addition of course to the rich food and wine tradition, which have always been the strength of Umbria, "the Green Heart of Italy ". The town of Orvieto (36 km) is known for its late medieval cathedral, one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Italy and in the world, and for the suggestive "Pozzo di San Patrizio". Perugia 55 km, Assisi 65 km, Lake Trasimeno 80 km, Lake Bolsena 50 km. For a day trip Rome (120 km) can be easily reached by train from the nearby station of Orvieto Scalo (only 32 km).
