The accommodation Holiday Apartment Kair Trilo is ideal to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is a panoramic apartment, bright and with large perimeter balconies. It is very central in the context of the Residence and everything is easily accessible. Entering the house we find a hallway that leads us to the living room. We find on the left the kitchen corner, very functional and complete with everything you need: dishes, plates, glasses, fridge, comfortable table for lunch, dinner or breakfast. A pleasant window overlooking the perimeter balcony fills the entire environment with light. The living room has a sofa that offers two single beds when open, and a TV corner. There is also a play corner for children. The apartment has a full bathroom. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with window and balcony with sea view. The wardrobes and drawers are tasteful and very functional. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the room can accommodate a cot if necessary. Adjacent is the bedroom with two single beds. The house is cool and ventilated and does not need air conditioning. Guest access Holiday Apartment Kair Trilo is offered as well as photos. Other things to consider Extra charges Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price as well as linen for both bathroom and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days weekly linen change is included in the price. Beach service is included at the Lido Costa Kair and Din beach club which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. House Rules The check-in time is fixed from 15:00 to 20:00 but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival, you can safely enter already from 12:00. After these times, a supplement for extra check-in of € 30.00 will be applied. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00 Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of close people and not to smoke in the house. If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be requested but a credit card data will be requested (no prepaid). Damages caused will be charged even if found after check-out. Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of 20 € per night will be requested up to a maximum of 100 € per animal depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Only small pets are accepted.
