A second north facing living room is located at the rear of the home and provides a spacious and swanky space to luxuriate or entertain. A beautifully curated dining area is also encompassed here and the entire room enjoys access to and outlook thereof, the fabulous covered outdoor entertaining area. Eating and Entertaining As your host enjoys the odd soiree and is renowned for her irrefutable entertaining skills, Birch House has a true gourmet kitchen, fitted out with all things festive. Five burner stainless steel cooktop, 900 mm oven, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fridge with ice/water dispenser, coffee machine and fully stocked cupboards. Additionally, the rear patio has a hooded bbq, groovy outdoor furniture and bespoke fire bucket. The rear yard is private and picturesque and makes for a wonderful green space to mingle with friends or just chill out.
