There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board. There is a TV with Netflix in the large lounge room with deep comfy couches to curl up on. There is an additional lounge space opposite the kitchen and dining room with a beautiful log fire. Overhead fans in the Queen bedrooms and main living room with air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dinging room space all add to the level of comfort. Outside the garden is landscaped, with a large paved patio, table and chairs and BBQ. Help yourself to our beautiful lemon tree for your G&Ts if the season is right. The house is fully fenced with a remote control operated rear car port as well as driveway space for additional cars. Street parking is also absolutely fine. Walk one block to Thai takeaway, Wendland s fine food and cafe, bottle shop, bakery and beauty salon. No need to drive! We have a port a cot, baby bath and high chair at the house.
