COVID-FRIENDLY RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY In light of the uncertainty around COVID-19, guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in, will be eligible for a 50% refund. SPECIAL CONDITIONS Person who books must be over 25 years of age and one of the guests staying. No more than 4 people allowed to stay. Guests must abide by the Body Corporate Rules which will be provided by the owner once the booking is confirmed.
