Bring your boat / tinny or borrow our kayaks ( we have 5 + life jackets) and with the canal at your back garden you are able to enjoy all water activities or just sit , relax and watch from the undercover patio area There is a boat ramp with electric winch from the triple garage straight into the canal, which leads directly into the Maroochy River and Coral sea. Beautiful broadwater views can be enjoyed from the entertainment area complete with barbecue . Close to the beaches of Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba with its ever popular cafe strip. If you want to take it easy all these activities can be observed from the the pelicans and boats cruise by. Within walking distance or a short drive to Sunshine Plaza or Cotton Tree which is popular for dining, markets and Maroochydore beach. Although we charge a cleaning fee...There is NO CHARGE for use of kayaks , bikes, high chair, linen and towels, wifi and complimentary tea, sugar, coffee, soy milk , juice and biscuits! No extra charges for pets. We are vegan friendly so no leather couches, feather pillows or quilts. You will find a book at the house full of local cafe’s and restaurants that serve vegan and vegetarian options....too many to chose from :) This is self catering holiday .
