The depot was built in 1890 as stables and coach house for the "Villa Fischer". In coordination with the conservation area we have the building completely renovated in 2016 and expanded three holiday apartments. The sea-room is located on the ground floor. Mountain and forest rooms are accessible from the exterior stairs and are upstairs. They have a common entrance hall and can be rented as one unit. The sea-room has a private terrace facing south. For the mountain and forest room there is in front of the coach house a nice graveled courtyard that invites to sit outside. When renovating the shed were us three themes particularly dear: design, comfort and ecology. And we love our home in the "Villa Fischer" who is here since 1860 and we have renovated with great devotion.
