Semi-detached house in the hills and part of a farm that produces wine and olive oil. From the living room on the ground floor you have direct access to the covered terrace and the shady garden at the back of the house. The swimming pool area is shared with the other guests of the property. On the large ground guest are also able to use the tennis court and for the little ones a playground with small tree house. A cot is available upon request. This home is ideal for families that love nature and exercise: Hiking trails lead from the house in the woods and lake, also great for mountain bikers. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a large living room with fireplace and bathroom, a very spacious kitchen, an equipped porch and access to a large garden. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase: here are three large bedrooms: one with two double beds, a fireplace and a bathroom with a bathtub; a double room with a third bed and another double room served by the same bathroom, located in the corridor, with bath and shower Unpaved access road.
