Our Andromeda apartment is located is located in a stately building including 4 apartments, located in the heart of the historic center of Ostuni in a characteristic square overlooked by the cathedral, with a wonderful 360-degree panorama (from the historic center to the sea and the most recent part of Ostuni) that you can enjoy from the panoramic terrace, located in one of the highest points of the historic center of Ostuni. The apartment is located on the first floor and to reach it from the entrance door you will climb about 15 steps to access the floor, on which there are 2 apartments. Recently renovated, it consists of a living area with open kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a bathroom equipped with all comforts. From the living area you can access both the master bedroom and the single bedroom, and the bathroom has 2 entrances, one for each bedroom. 2 balconies overlooking the splendid panorama of the Cathedral of Ostuni, in particular the façade of the right side aisle and its rose window, complete the apartment. *Due to its location, the apartment is not very suitable for those looking for relaxation... but it's great for nightlife lovers! A few steps from the apartment is the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. They narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city. Few kms away from our villa, there is the amazing Area Marina Protetta Torre Guaceto, while its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings, Trullos, world heritage since 1996. 40 kms north our guests can visit the archaeological park of Egnazia, or perhaps Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative historic centres and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south they can discover Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco. Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particular for its Sassi and nominated European capital of culture for 2019. Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
