CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: Our policy is flexible allowing guests to postpone/reschedule their stay at any time free of charge up until 12pm the night before arrival. In addition, you can also receive a 100% refund for cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival, after this you can still reschedule your stay free of charge. Note, contact us if you are more comfortable paying a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds for last minute cancellations. Charlotte's Rise Country Guesthouse is a newly renovated country home located on the foot hills of the Brokenback mountain range in Broke, Hunter Valley. This five bedroom guesthouse enjoys an elevated position that allows for magnificent views over the valley including a working olive grove with thousands of trees, a wetland with birdlife and the Brokenback range. With two king sized bedrooms, three additional bedrooms and three bathrooms, Charlotte's Rise has plenty of room for up to 10 guests. The newly furnished dining gallery boasts a french provincial style dining table with room for everyone, wood burner and air conditioning, artworks by local artists and double height timber lined ceilings. The back yard is an entertainers dream with a landscaped native garden and huge lawn, outdoor bricked fire pit, wood fire pizza oven (complimentary firewood provided), BBQ, outdoor dining table for 10, herb and vegie garden and chook pen, as well as lawn games for groups to enjoy. With notice, we are more than happy to pre-make pizza dough and leave it for your group - all you will need to do is roll it, top it and cook in the oven or pizza oven. Located at the front of the house is a covered pergola with outdoor seating and gas heater, providing the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or simply to enjoy the amazing views! Charlotte's Rise also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee capsule machine (coffee pods included). Generous self catering breakfast provisions including free range eggs from our chickens, bacon, juice and bread are included so you can enjoy a great breakfast before heading out to explore the area. Note: we can arrange in-house catering for everything from catered BBQ party, catered 3 course dinners, private wine tastings and gourmet Picnics on the lawn.
