House rules: -City tax is not included on the price, 3,30€ adult/night. City tax needs to be paid before the arrival if it's a late check-in.. - Is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. A penalty of 80€ will be charged in case of smoking inside the apartment. - Parties or loud music are not allowed after 21:00h. A penalty of minimum 150€ will be charged should the police or security guard be called to the apartment due to complaints about noise at late night. - Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table. - Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, and be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
