San Andres 13 - Two Bed Villa is a lovely villa on the San Andres complex in the Golf del Sur area of Tenerife. The spacious terrace has views across the golf course and out to sea and is furnished with a patio table and chairs with sun umbrella, sun loungers and a brick barbeque. Patio doors lead back in to the lounge which is cosy and comfortable with 2 large sofas, coffee table, side tables with lamps, wall mounted flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, DVD player, music stereo and a selection of books. There is a separate dining area with table and 4 chairs which gets a lot of natural light through the clever design of the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a separate utility area with a washing machine. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, occasional chair and ceiling fan. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, which has a corner bath, separate shower, wash hand basin with mirror above and WC. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, occasional chair, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. There are also patio doors leading out to the terrace. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above and WC. The villa now has wifi internet access. Car parking is limited.
