The Camargue is a region of bullfighting tradition, known for its ranches and town festivals with their processions of cowboys, horses and bulls parading through the streets of the village. You will discover the beautiful medieval city of Aigues-Mortes with its imposing walls, punctuated by six wonderful towers and ten gates, and which is quite close to the sea (the salt marshes), but also at a crossroads of channels (cruises on the Rhône). Enjoy its markets, flea markets and medieval festivals. You will also be halfway between the historic town of Nîmes with its feria, the ancient city of Arles with its arenas and the modern city of Montpellier. You can also discover the lake Salagou, the Pont du Gard, Les Baux de Provence, Les Saintes Maries de la Mer and the vast natural reserve of Camargue Regional Park.
