This beautiful holiday complex is located 800 meters from Sassetta; a small medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast, about 12 km from the sea (Donoratico and Marina di Castagneto). The house consists of 2 comfortable and very well furnished apartments surrounded by a green park. There is a barbecue area and a parking lot available for guests. In Marina di Castagneto our guests have at their disposal a Maremma pine forest and beach with dressing room, toilet, water, deckchairs and parasols. This private park with typical Mediterranean vegetation for guests' disposal is an approximately 10,000 m2 coastal strip, which is a partially fenced botanical garden, in which plants, flowers and dune vegetation are accessible through a didactic educational path. Our goal is to protect and conserve these endangered plants. It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing and restful vacation, far from the chaotic city noise. Sassetta has restaurants and shops. Nearby you can visit beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri or Massa Marittima, or the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia and the beaches of Baratti.
