The villa is of an extremely modern design and with high level finishings. Ground level has two double ensuite guests bedrooms, one which also has a bunk bed so is suitable for a family room. Out from the guest room is a beautifully landscaped garden full of herbs, flowers and established fruit trees. A staircase leads up to the main villa, presenting a large outdoor living area, kitchen and bbq…perfect for the al fresco living. Sun loungers encompass the L shaped pool which invites guests to take a swim and watch the world go by whilst admiring the stunning backdrop of the mountains and the blue Ionian Sea. To complete the exterior is an enticing jacuzzi. Leading into the villa through full length glass doors, there is a spacious lounge and dining area which pulls in the light and incredible views. Beyond is a fully equipped kitchen. A staircase winds up to the master bedroom which offers pure luxury and comfort. An ensuite bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe completes what is a stunning and beautiful villa. Guest Access: Guests are welcome in all areas of the property The Neighborhood: Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas, cafe and a bakery are within walking distance. At Paleros town at 4km from the villa there are supermarkets, bank ATM's, car, bike & boat rentals, several tavernas, cafe, bars and in general nightlife. The most popular is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu. The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. We have our own qualified masseur who is available to come to the villa and give private massages.
