Lidos - family and pet friendly home in Cowes

** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Lidos" is a quality double storey home with four spacious bedrooms in central Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** Upstairs is the large master bedroom with ensuite and WIR, a separate powder room and the huge open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with smart TV and SONOS sound system) and access to the upstairs deck area. Downstairs are three bedrooms (all with BIR), a shared bathroom (with bath, shower & separate toilet), a second living room (with TV) and a laundry. ** Outdoor Areas ** The double garage has been converted into a games room with pool table, table tennis table, TV (with a WII U games console), couch and dart board plus internal access into the home. The upstairs deck area is a great place to spend time with family and friends with tables and seating for 8, plus a BBQ. This overlooks the large fully enclosed yard which is perfect for children and pets and has an outdoor shower. A convenient covered area (under the upstairs deck) provides additional seating for 8 people. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Delonghi Pod Coffee Machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** Each of the living rooms plus the Master bedroom have a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner, plus there are 3 additional mobile heaters. There are electric blankets on all the beds except the tri-bunk (top and bottom) and the double divan. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Lidos" is set up to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests: Bedroom 1: One King bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: One set of tri-bunks and One Single bed Bedroom 4: One Queen bed There is also a double divan in the downstairs living area ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
