The master bedroom offers a boxspring bed 200x200 cm with access to the terrace and garden. The bathroom is fitted with shower, bathtub, towel dryer and washing machine with combined dryer. A small guest bathroom with large basin and toilet is also available. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. At the end of the day you can relax on one of the comfy sofas or in the armchair and enjoy a drink from the mini bar. The living room has flat screen TV and access to a small terrace with outdoor dining area and sun (URL HIDDEN) flat screen TV with Satellite TV and wireless WLAN in all rooms. The small garden offers a terrace with lounge furniture and sunscreen and an electric barbecue grill and invites you to spend the warm summer evenings preparing your own dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. In the basement our guests find a ski room with a dryer for ski boots and gloves and space to store your bikes. The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, inISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit ,payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device.
