This holiday home is only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful and popular travel destination of Poreč which will guarantee you a relaxing holiday. The interior extends over the ground and first floor and it is simply and functionally furnished and equipped. On the ground floor there is a large shared living room, a kitchen and a dining room for twelve people. The upper floor is divided into three separate sleeping units with a total of five bedrooms. Two units consist of two bedrooms, one of which also has a small living room with two additional beds. A unit has only one bedroom. All three units can be reached via separate external stairs and only one unit can be reached via both inner and external stairs. The outdoor area with a kitchen, a pool and a wonderful, well-kept garden area invites you to spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones and fellow travelers. Explore the picturesque peninsula of Istria, discover its natural beauties, stunning beaches and be amazed by the crystal clear sea. Drive along the coast and visit the towns and villages such as Novigrad, Poreč, Rovinj and the largest city Pula to the south. Every town and place invite you to stroll through the alleys of the old town. Get to know the culture and mentality of the inhabitants of this peninsula, taste traditional dishes and wines from the rich and varied gastronomic offer of this region. All summer events in more or less every coastal town provide entertainment for every generation. Take a boat tour and watch the wonderful Istria from the sea angle. Due to excellent transport connections, all towns are quickly and easily reachable by car.
