Admiral's Rest is a perfect location for any and all history buffs, as well as families looking for a beach retreat with heaps of character. The Space: Floor Plan (All of Admirals Rest is on one floor): -Double Bedroom x2 (En-suite x1), Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room Please do not open the French doors in the main bedroom. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire apartment within a Georgian Town house. The keys are collected via a lockbox on site and the code will be sent out 5 days before arrival. The Neighborhood: Broadstairs is a coastal town on the Isle of Thanet in the Thanet district of east Kent, England, about 80 miles east of London. It is part of the civil parish of Broadstairs and St Peter's, which includes St Peter's, and had a population in 2011 of about 25,000. Getting Around: The home is positioned in the heart of the town, near a park and the high street and easy walking distance to the beach ( approx five minutes walk) . Broadstairs has good local transport routes via bus or train and the railway station is situated about 15 minutes walk from the property. We ask all guests to please make sure that the bins are by the gate ready for collection on Wednesday evening, if this is not done we may have to leave a negative review.
