Cotswolds Cottage - with great views and walks

A fabulous, surprisingly spacious, terraced stone built Cotswolds holiday cottage set in the lovely rural parish of Rodborough. We're new on VRBO/HomeAway but been busy with guests since completely refurbishing the cottage in 2011 - exposing beautiful stone walls, opening up the views, letting in more light, installing a wood-burner, and generally introducing modern contemporary comforts we like when we go on holiday. Please note we can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (plus babies). We have 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 children - a king and a twin and a third bedroom with a cut-down bunk bed for children up to about the age of 12. The two main bedrooms are a really good size for a cottage and both give a lovely view over the valley without having to get out of bed! In the summer you can throw open the windows, sit in the window seat and have a nice cup of tea with a good book. The main bedroom has an en-suite. The 3rd bedroom has a shortened bunk bed which is fine for children up to about 12 years old, but not suitable for adults. We wanted to make the bathrooms with high quality natural stone, and contemporary in design. Underfloor heating and unlimited steaming hot water for relaxing baths and showers after a day exploring. The kitchen has all the things you need if you want to cook a traditional Sunday Roast or just get a take-away curry. Wi-fi, TV, a couple of Alexas, DVDs and a good selection of books are in the cottage. (Not really a computer game person but we also have PS2 and karaoke!). **Just added Netflix - so if you really don't want to go out...! The terraced garden is a good space for kids and dogs to play. Open up the patio doors from the lounge and you can sit in the sun (we’re all but south facing), have a barbecue and enjoy the view across two valleys.
