Santa Maria Maggiore-UNIT 1 (SMM1) is a large and comfortable 80 Square metres (860 SqFt), luxury furnished one bedroom apartment with nice balcony in the center of Rome, very well connected by public transport, sleeps up to 5 guests. It sits on the third floor with elevator of an old monastery just luxury renovated. SMM1 has one bedroom with double bed, living room with one double and one single sofa bed, large balcony with garden table and chairs, large kitchenette and 2 full bathro This rate includes: * Linen and towels provided * Free WiFi * Utilities (water and electricity) * Air conditioning (1.6-30.9) and heating (1.11-15.4) * Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment(s) cleaned again, free of charge. EXTRAS: * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (60 Euros) Nota bene: this is not a tourist activity, but a short-term lease. As a result we will sign a short stay rental agreement.
