The farmhouse Casa Podere Monti was built 1650 and restored in the traditional Tuscan style, with careful attention to every minor detail. When restructuring and renovating the house for rental apartment, we put ourselves in your shoes to make decisions that would provide a homelike environment of comfort and quality. The Gelso apartment has been renovate in a country style, with one double bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen-dining room ,an independent sitting room, lovely bright mansard with 3 single beds for a total of 90 sq.m. Casa Podere Monti is located in the municipal district of Siena-Tuscany, in the heart of the wonderful area of Val d'elsa. It is just 1 km from the charming, medieval village of Casole d'elsa where you can find shops, restaurants and typical Tuscan food store. it is joined by a safe road to the village, so you can reach it without car in 10 minutes and have in that way a pleasant walk. Free wi fi connection on all outdoor areas. The apartment Gelso is part of Podere Monti Holiday House where other holiday accommodations are present. In case the Gelso apartment is not free,please contact us to request availability for other holiday properties. Casa Podere Monti offers 3 apartments and 3 cottages + a panoramic swimming pool. GENERAL INFORMATIONS: 1.Check-in guaranteed not before than 16.00h and until 18.00h. In case of delay ,please contact previously the owner. 2.Check out by 9:00 am. 3.Delivery of the key by the owner. INCLUDED IN PRICE: TOWELS AND LINEN WITH CHANGE ONCE A WEEK ( SATURDAY) , WATER,GAS,ELECTRICITY WI-FI CONNECTION NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE: STAY TAX ( 1.00 EURO PER NIGHT PER PERSON FOR THE FIRST 5 NIGHTS ), FINAL CLEANING ( INCLUDED IN THE FINAL BILL),ADDITIONAL CHANGE OF TOWELS AND LINEN 16 EUROS PER PERSON, MID- CLEANING : 50 EUROS, WASHING MACHINE : 4 EUROS / WASH,BEACH TOWELS 5 EUROS / EACH,BABY COT WITH SHEETS AND TOWELS 20 EUROS,HEATING ON A PAY PER USE BASIS ( 1.50 EUROS PER HOUR). PLEASE NOTE : Change of towels and bed-linen is once a week and cleaning of the property is upon departure. The rental cost does not include cleaning during guests stay (example: if you stay two weeks, you will find the property spotless upon your arrival, but will not clean a second time at the end of First week). Of course, if necessary, it will perform the second cleaning for an extra charge of € 50.00 and in that second case we will change personally the bedding. Use of swimming pool is included and it is open from April to October 30th. CASA PODERE MONTI offers weekly COOKING CLASES in the ancient rooms of the family farmhouse in Tuscany. Guests will have the chance to learn how to prepare the traditional dishes which are prepared in our homes for a true Tuscan lunch. The dishes we offer are simple and explained step by step so you will easily repeat them once you return home.
