The garden is furnished with table, chairs and parasol for dining and dine al fresco, between a dip and another. The interiors of Villa Marie Rose are spacious and bright. The entrance is a large living with the dining room, and a relaxation corner furnished with a sofa and tv. Next there is a kitchenette. A hallway leads to the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Among the accessories there are the air conditioning in the living room, the grilles to windows and doors, the outdoor shower and the washing machine in the laundry room. The area around Villa Marie Rose Villa Marie Rose is just 200 metres from the sea of Torre Squillace, a town in which in addition to the beautiful and imposing tower, there are also a small sandy beach, low cliffs and accessible and a pretty marina repaired. Other beaches nearby are Isidore and the Frascone, only 2 km away, and the famous beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, between 4 and 10 km, reachable in few minutes by car. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioning in the living room. - Water not drinkable.
