Whether you want to be our guest for pleasure or on business - a short trip or a long time - you will surely feel comfortable with us! The bright living room with dining counter, secretary, designer leather couch - can be converted into a bed (1.20 x 2.00 m) if required - has u. a. via a 50 inch multimedia flat screen TV with Harman Kardon sound system and cable connection. High-speed WiFi is available to our guests free of charge! The bedroom invites you to relax with its "RUF" double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and high-quality mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (ceramic hob, oven), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. In the modern shower room you will find enough space for your bathroom accessories. There we provide towels, soap dispensers and hairdryers free of charge! The additional storage room offers enough space for your suitcases and wardrobe. The apartment is completely tiled and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. Numerous green plants ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! There is the possibility in the hallway with large windows. On request, we can provide you with an additional travel or guest bed in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. In the house there is the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. A small welcome gift and 2 bottles of mineral water ensure a pleasant start to your stay! Location: The apartment is on the 4th floor (2 elevators available) only about 5 minutes on foot from Bremen Central Station, public transport, very central to the motorway, as well as to many shops and the exhibition center (ÖVB Arena).
