Kookaburra Beach House is in a grand 1920's Coogee mansion that has been recently renovated into a grand family home offering an oversized seperate self contained 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioned bedrooms ,exclusive to holiday makers . The apartment has maintained its original 1920's features such as high ornate ceilings , stain glass entry door , it has a charming presence and is fully equipped with a modern european kitchen and glass mosaic bathroom .The location is perfect and is only 2 mins walk to the beach , shops , cafes transport etc The Space Kookaburra Beach House is conveniently situated 2 mins walk to the beach, 2 mins walk to shops, there is a large sun drenched terrace on the mezzanine level and a tropical backyard with dining for 8 people as well as an outdoor shower ,lounge area and hammock ,there is a communal laundry with an outdoor clothesline for drying and a dryer which can be used if raining .
