A wooden pergola offers welcome shade and it is equipped with traditional stone built BBQ, table and 14 chairs. There are another outside comfortable covered seating area at the side of the villa, swing and shower for your use. The main attraction of the villa which makes it truly special is a private champion size tennis court with USA open surface (rackets and balls are provided). The very spacious elegant living area features two lounge areas with leather sofa and sofa beds, chairs, coffee tables, fireplace, TV with satellite channels, piano, dining area and fully equipped main kitchen (with fridge, oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker). The second kitchen is a smaller kitchen which offers plenty of space for your grocery, cooker, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. From ground floor area you have direct access to the studio apartment of this villa. The studio offers a twin beds and separate shower room. All bedrooms are very spacious. On the ground floor: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, separate bathroom with walk in shower. Second floor consist of: exercise room with running track; huge master bedroom en-suite with shower and dressing room; two double bedrooms and separate bathroom with tube. A private drive way leads to the large parking area at the front of the villa. Here you will find parking for up to 3 cars. The villa also offers garage and safe off road parking. Other equipment: safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, iron, a/c in all rooms. Central heating is available for your comfort during the coldest moths (extra charge 20 Euro per day). Nice and safe kids play ground is just next to the villa. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people due to two sofa beds in the living room. Prices includes all communal charges, welcome pack, cleanings in a week and electricity use of 300 kW per week. In July - August (the hottest months) overrun of electricity is possible. We will count it like 1 kW * 0.25 Euro. Damage deposit of 300 Euro should be paid on arrival by cash.
