The flat itself is located on the first floor and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a bright & airy open-plan living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a working desk area. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. LIVING AREA The open-plan living area is spacious in size and flooded with natural daylight thanks to the skylight and floor-to-ceiling windows. The sitting area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, alongside an adjacent working desk area. WiFi is available throughout the entire flat. KITCHEN & DINING Modern in style, the kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a cafetiere, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hobs. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a wooden bench dining table that can seat up to 8 guests. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The master bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed and built-in wardrobes. The room is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, a desk and a chair. The second bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, an over-bath shower, a toilet and a sink. Please note that а refundable damage deposit of GBP 200 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your bank details when you book with us. House Rules - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - No candles - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost *Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. **Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
