It is about 92 m2 (± 990 ft2) and also has 23 m2 (± 248 ft2) of outdoor space spread over two balconies. The apartment is very bright and has an unobstructed view over the city. The building is less than five minutes walking distance from Central Station. There is a private parking space in the garage below the building. The apartment has underfloor heating and cooling. There is fast broadband internet (wired + wifi) and a wide range of (international) digital tv channels. Inside the apartment there is hardly any outside noise.
