Large luxury villa set in an elevated position on a quiet street with stunning views of the coastline and Limassol. The house has five double bedrooms and four bathrooms (two en-suite). Three bedrooms have double beds and two are with twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gardens and fifteen meter overflow pool. There is a large covered pergola suitable for relaxing and dining outside in the shade. Suitable for children, the pool has both a key-operated safety cover and a padlocked gate controlling access to the pool area. Both of the twin bedrooms have child-locks on the windows. There is a child's play room in the loft area. A wooden baby cot and high chair are both available at the villa. Located minutes away from the beach and the tourist area of Limassol. The villa is strictly non smoking. You can find plenty to do in Limassol including, Paintball, Go-karts, Fasouri Water Park, Boat trips along the coats, Jeep safari, cycling, trekking, water sports galore including ship wreck diving and a host of museums, galleries, historic ancient ruins and wineries to visit.. Something for everyone, or sit by the pool and relax with a good book. Eat at some of Limassol’s many Cosmopolitan Restaurants - some a few minutes away. Visit the Medieval Castle where Richard the Lionheart married Beregaria in the heart of the old town. Kourion Amphitheatre is located on the southern end of Limassol. Discover hidden away in pine forests, Cyprus’ painted churches with their colorful frescoes on walls and apses, ten of which are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Night life in Limassol tourist area is a 5 minuted drive with bars, clubs & a wide variety of restaurants. Cyprus’s wine capital Limassol lives up to its reputation as a party town with a wine festival that it hosts every year, at the Municipal Gardens late Aug, early Sept.
