The Space: Our Anti-Covid cleaning ensures the strict implementation of sanitation practices : - Hospital-grade disinfectant cleaning on all surfaces - Use of sprays, liquids, and disinfecting wipes to control a variety of pathogens including Covid-19 - Disinfectant cleaning of mattresses, blankets, bedsheets, curtains, sofas and chairs. - Extra cleaning of frequently touched surfaces : door handles, tables, kitchen, appliances, remote controls - Professionally-trained cleaning staff wearing protection equipment (mask, gloves) Completed in the year 1800, the building has witnessed the reign of Napoleon and two French Kings. The apartment has been renovated in a Parisian style layout, mixing contemporary design and state of the art high-comfort amenities with Antiques from Paris famous craftsmen (Maison Lucien Gau…). The apartment has: - 1 living room with 2 sofas - 1 dining area with a bar and ten stools - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 1 master bedroom with AC and a private bathroom - 3 bedrooms with AC - 3 bathroom - 1 separate WC All the bedrooms have AC. The apartment comfortable for 10 people, and a maximum of 12 people. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided: - Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses - Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses - Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses - Bedroom 4 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses - Living Room with two high quality sofa bed for two The apartment is equipped with : - TV, - high speed Wifi - AC (Air Conditioning) - a washer dryer, a hair dryer - a nespresso coffee machine, - a water boiler, - a toaster - a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares - a baby bed if needed Guest Access: Access is easy : 5 days before arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment. The Neighborhood: Between Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is in the most central neighbourhood of Paris. The district is the vibrant center of the Parisian life. It is mostly made of pedestrian streets that are perfect ways to discover the historical center of the city. Our neighbourhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home. The neighborhood is very safe with the Pompidou Museum of Modern Art 100m away from the apartment. Getting Around: 2 minutes : Metro Station Châtelet Les Halles, lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14 and RER A, B and D. 3 minutes : Metro Etienne Marcel (line 4) 5 minutes : Car Park Indigo Sebastopol, 43 Boulevard de Sébastopol, 75001 Paris Airports : to come / go to CDG or ORY airport : Direct with RER B to the station Châtelet Les Halles. Other Things to Note: Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am => On the day of departure, you can leave your bags in the apartment until noon while the cleaning is being done. After noon, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. No breakfast on site Cleaning at before checkin and after checkout only Please be careful during your stay to the house rules : - no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard - no drugs - no parties - no music - no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards - no noise in the common areas of the building - no animals - no professional photo or video shoots If one of the above house rules is broken: A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged. The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment. - If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
