The modern kitchen is well equipped including large fridge&freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob etc Bedroom and Bathroom: Bedroom: A decent sized bedroom with double size bed and lots of hanging/cupboard spaces. With a short 10 minutes walk on the banks of the River Thames, reach the spectacular London Bridge and Millennium Bridge. By continuing your walk 10 minutes more from London Bridge, you will be able to cross the world famous Tower Bridge, an icon of United Kingdom. Once on the bridge, the Tower of London will be within an easy reach. Do not miss this medieval castle, home to the Crown Jewels and the iconic Beefeaters. In very few places in the world is there such an incredible collection of history. Cross the Thames by the Millenium Bridge and you will be at Tate Modern, one of the UK's best modern art galleries. In just 20 minutes' walk, you can reach the London Eye. Head out into the streets surrounding the apartment and you will find world-class shopping on your doorstep like Zara, H&M, Mango, Top Shop but also many others surprising local shops! We do recommend the Swan, a modern riverside restaurant, linked to Shakespeare's Globe theatre, with Thames views. For seafood lovers, The Oyster Shed, located on the banks of the Thames is a place to stop by! Borough Market, which is full of independent restaurants and cafes, is also just 5 minutes' walk from the flat. House Rules - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - No candles - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost *Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. **Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! ***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
