Beautiful holiday house with private swimming pool in marvelous panoramic position overlooking the sea, within the residential park Costa dei Monaci, 4 km to Parghelia, near one of the most beautiful coastal stretches of Calabria. The house is amidst private and enclosed grounds and has terraces with sea view. It’s the ideal place for those who dream of a beach holiday! There is a private resort with animation approx. 250 m away. This coastline is very popular with water sports lovers and divers and the entire region is characterized by a variety of attractions. Some tips for trips: the popular tourist resort Tropea (also know for its delicious red onions) is just 7 km away, Vibo Valentia with boat connections for daily excursions to the Aeolian Islands ca. 30 km, the characteristic Pizzo Calabro with its historic city center ca. 30 km. It is possible that the sandy beaches of the place, depending on the tides, are no longer present at certain times of the year. Arrivals after 8 pm are only possible if agreed in advance and are on payment (to be paid locally). Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
