Comfortable and characteristic loft, in Sicilian style, of 55sqm able to accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor of a typical Catanese building, the apartment is centrally located and is the ideal solution for visiting all the main points of interest in the city on foot or thanks to public transport (well connected). In the area you can find paid street parking or, alternatively, at the Europarking garage, 4 minutes away on foot. The internal space is organized as follows: -BEDROOM: mezzanine with double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger stand. -LIVING AREA: split A / C, TV, hallway with sofa and access to the mezzanine bedroom. -COOKING CORNER: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, dining table, kettle and moka. -BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: air conditioning, electric stove, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer. Towels and bed linen available to all guests Due to the shape of the apartment (stairs and steps) it is not possible to accommodate children under 12 years. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival. The apartment is located in a strategic position both for visiting the city center and the main points of interest in Catania, and for spending a relaxing day at the beach. Thanks to bus D, which stops in Piazza Iolanda (4 minutes on foot), it is in fact possible to easily reach the south coast of Catania. During your stay, do not miss a visit to Villa Bellini and the Greek-Roman theater, shopping in Via Etnea. Get involved in the Catanese nightlife among the various pubs in Piazza Teatro Massimo, or near via Crociferi, and fully enjoy the Sicilian gastronomic richness, famous in Italy and in the rest of the world. The proximity to Catania Central Station (about 12 minutes on foot) will allow you to easily visit all the points of interest in the surrounding areas. It is in fact possible to find direct buses to all the commonly visited places, such as Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, Piazza Armerina, Ragusa, Palermo. -From Catania Fontanarossa Airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Alibus service with the "Libertà" stop, 5 minutes away on foot. -From Catania Central Station you can easily reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes or, alternatively, you can reach the Libertà stop by public transport, from where you can reach the property in 5 minutes on foot. For those traveling by car you can find paid street parking or, alternatively, at the Europarking garage 4 minutes walk from the apartment. A member of our Catania team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions. All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. For check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following: From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25 From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 30 Check-in after midnight is not possible, even for a fee. AIRBNB automatically withdraws the tourist tax. We would like to ask you to request an exemption from Airbnb itself if you are a resident of Catania or if you have children under the age of 16, because in that case you are not required to pay it.
