The brand new refined interior is furnished in a modern style and has all accessories needed. Villa is divided into two independent holiday houses, Bilocale and Monolocale, that share a beautiful garden equipped with a relaxing area, internal parking space, a laundry room and outdoor shower that is very convenient when you return from the beach. Both houses have air conditioning, internet wi-fi, a mosquito nets on the windows and doors and a video surveillance system.        Villa is located in the center of Torre Lapillo, a district of Porto Cesareo, famous for its golden Sandy beaches and sea with crystal water, that reminds you he beaches of the Caribbean. Within walking distance you can reach the all main services, the history of the sixteenth century tower, ATM, pharmacy, church, medical guard. In a few minutes drive you will reach other famous beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo, like Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione, Torre Chianca. - Un operatore incaricato all'accoglienza si occuperà del check-in (dalle 16:00 alle 20:00) e del check-out (dalle 8:30 alle 10:00). Un pagamento extra di euro 50 è richiesto per gli arrivi tardivi previa comunicazione (dalle 20:00 alle 24:00). - All'arrivo sarà richiesta la firma del relativo contratto di locazione in lingua italiana. - L’imposta di soggiorno è esclusa dal totale e sarà applicata nei termini dei regolamenti comunali ove è prevista. - Biancheria non inclusa (asciugamani e lenzuola): il noleggio costa euro 15 per persona a settimana. - In caso di mancato smaltimento dei rifiuti verranno trattenute dal deposito euro 80 di penale. - In caso di mancata pulizia dell'angolo cottura o delle stoviglie verranno trattenute dal deposito euro 40 di penale. - Shared washing machine and garden.
